Johnny Chaname and Tyler Claudio were in the zone on Thursday, each tallying four hits and leading American Legion to a 11-1 win over Century 21.  Johnny singled in the first, singled in the second, doubled in the third, and singled in the fifth.

In the first inning, American Legion got their offense started.  Tyler Claudio hit a solo homer to Centerfield.

American Legion put up three runs in the fifth inning.  Jayson Bellenger and Justin Bellotti each had RBIs in the big inning.

Tyler got the win for American Legion. The lefty went five innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out 12.

Ryan Brown started for Century 21 striking out three. Tyler Lopez came in for four innings, striking out 10.

American Legion collected 13 hits.  Johnny, Tyler, Justin, and Jayson all collected multiple hits for American Legion.  American Legion tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. American Legion didn't commit a single error in the field. Johnny had the most chances in the field with 13.

Tyler Lopez went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Century 21 in hits.
